Problem with libboost-regex1.54

libboost-regex1.54.0 depends on libicu48 (>= 4.8-1)
libicu48 (4.8.1.1-14) and libicu52 (52.1-2) are installed.
When connecting -llibicuuc (libicu52), the linker complains:
