I don't understand why emails go to spam?

I just can't figure out what's wrong, why the letters go to deep spam.
DKIM / SPF / DMARC registered, checked, everything seems to be correct.
I tried to send from IPv4 and IPv6, it's of little use.
The domain is not pumped, but this is not a mass mailing, a single letter.
