I don't understand what's wrong with my processor?

Guys help, I do not understand what I have with the processor. I open the "system properties" and it shows that I have another 1.83Ghz separately. But many scanners show that I have a current of 1.83 GHz, then why does it show separately 1.83Ghz?

Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU T5600 @ 1.83GHz is the processor ID hardwired into it.
The second inscription is 1.83 GHz - the frequency determined by the system.
