Upwork
ValeraNakhuy, 2019-07-09 19:02:20

I closed the contract with the customer and now he wants to open a dispute, what are the chances?

I closed the contract (a month ago) with the customer and now he wants to open a dispute, and review my time
And return some of the money.
What are the chances that this will happen, the contract is closed.
How will upwork proceed?

I hope this is my customer, otherwise we had Valera, who tracked everything to the customer by clicking the mouse a couple of times a minute, turned on the timer at the last minute of ten minutes and cut it down right after the screenshot)
I think he will satisfy the client’s request in full or in part.
It’s unlikely that everything is clean there, since the dispute was opened by the client

How will upwork proceed?

With a high probability it will be on the client side.

Well, actually, it’s not just that he decided.
If you had water, then, of course, the money will be written off, if you worked, then, of course, your money is safe
. And we wouldn’t know how to guess on coffee grounds

I think the odds are in your favor. Do not agree with the customer and with the dispute, if you know that it worked well.
If if he returns the money, then there will be a different science who say that on the upwork "that's right 101% that if you worked on a timer, then the money will be paid to you."
