How to hide the use of a virtual server?
You need to register on the sites Upwork.com, amazon.com under the face of the United States. The problem is, that they calculate that I am using a virtual server (called vds). What can be done so that they do not know that I am logging in from the server, how can I make it look like I am logging in through a regular computer in the USA? Change IP address or dns server? or what will help?

Firstly, the tags are incorrect - windows server and DNS are no good here.
Secondly, it is elementary to find out that you are on a VPS. All IPs in the world belong to someone and this is public information. Find out that the IP is within the range of the office providing VPS - a few minutes.
What can be done (not a fact, though, that will help)
- rent a VPS in America - maybe it’s enough for them to have an American IP
- go through an American proxy
- find a friend who will temporarily let him through his computer
