I can't return the state when a link is generated on a blog entry, taking into account the address of the page where these entries are located. How to fix?

At first it was ok. Then I added custom entries. They seem to work out the norms, but the blog entries do not. I decided to check how everything was initially set up and installed a clean distro, first there (in settings-> permalinks) there was a "simple" item, switched to "post name", and (which is logical) is displayed without taking into account the page (page) on which the blog is located .
And in the link templates there is nothing about page
In general, I'm not exactly a noob, but this crap really got me and I can't understand where I'm stupid.
Googled, poked at everything, went through the documentation and question-answers on the Internet - I couldn’t find anything on the case

Well, maybe we'll look at .htaccess?
