I can't open my new website - how can I fix it?

For some reason I can't open the site on my new domain.
Although I can see from the logs that the site is working. And third-party services already see the Wordpress installation start page.

But I see

Unable to access site
Check hostname aktsiateostmine.ee for typos.

On the command line:

tracert aktsiateostmine.ee
The system host name aktsiateostmine.ee cannot be resolved.

There are no entries in the Windows host file for this domain.
I already did ipconfig/flushdns ..

I don’t understand, there have never been problems ...

I noticed that it doesn’t open on the phone either, if you connect to wi-fi. And if you connect to the mobile Internet, then everything is ok.
