I can't login to phpmyadmin, what's wrong?

Hello bread. It costs lamps on ubuntu, when trying to authorize in phpmyadmin, it stupidly reloads the authorization page, it became after clearing all browser history parameters. What is the actual problem?

Stupidly reinstalling is not a solution to the problem, your problem is not solved! You bypassed it.
