Delay and brakes in the network, debian + samba

The server has been running for more than a year (Debian Squeeze), the settings are still the same, but just a couple of days ago there was a problem - some files refuse to open at all, the rest take a very long time to open. The speed of copying files from one machine that is next to the server (windows 7) is 100 Mbps, from others that are farther away (win xp, there are about 15 of them) - it does not even reach 5.

I don’t know what to do, everything seems to be in the logs normal, judging by the smart hard drives are in order (+ they are in RAID1), I tried to change the samba configuration - it does not help.

I also noticed that if you restart the samba service, then the server ceases to be available from client machines, only a full reboot helps.

Here are the samba logs: pastie.org/5510000
Her config: pastie.org/5510009

You can:
1. There may be a problem with the switch, you can ping the server and see if there is a packet loss.
2. You can drag the WinXP machine and include it in the same switch as Win7. Check the problem in the network or settings.
3. Sniffer traffic on the tcpdump server with Win7 and WinXP.
