How to store a list of IP addresses of hosts in a convenient form?

In an organization, for security and management reasons, static IP addresses are issued, but in order not to get confused where, to whom, when and for how long the addresses were issued, an Excel file was created. But this does not solve the problem itself - since there are many hosts and there are also more than three system administrators. Dear colleagues, share your experience, who and how got out of this situation.
There are security guards who cannot be convinced of the security of a DHCP server. And a big request - do not offer DHCP and INTIM)

Ip address management (IPAM) is your case. From myself, I recommend PHP-IPAM as a simple and visual solution.

Dude, you are a pervert. Do you have it hereditary or acquired?) What's stopping you from raising a DHCP server ... issuing IP addresses to everyone according to your understanding ... making a binding ... and increasing the lease term to one hundred thousand million years? Or do you just have hands growing from one place?

Unpay Change the team of system administrators and stop debauchery.
A network inventory can help prolong the agony, such as this one, as well as an enterprise or a labor
