I can’t enter the BIOS because the keyboard does not work at startup, how is it treated?

Or what are the options to go into the bios? Cleared cmos, did not help.

@Radjah

Few info.
Some laptops block entry into BIOS Setup if the system was sent to hibernation instead of shutting down.
The keyboard may not work due to a very crooked controller in it. I have a mouse that does complete crap if you go into Setup and try to move it.
The keyboard simply does not have time to initialize due to the large number of devices on the bus.
Disconnect everything from USB to the maximum so that only the keyboard and mouse remain, the latter can also be disabled. Poke it on different ports. The port may well be from a USB controller, about which the BIOS knows nothing. Ports directly to the motherboard usually work in BIOS Setup.
Finally, try another keyboard.
You can also try disabling all boot devices altogether. Some motherboards in this case automatically go into BIOS Setup.
