I can't access the device from the local network, how to solve?

Actually local router, two computers, raspberry, nas.
On us dns is spinning.
the problem is that I can’t get through to the raspberry from my laptop, everything is fine from other devices. Both by ip and by internal domain. And from the laptop to any route not found.
In which direction to drip?
I have to connect to ssh to us and from it to raspberry

your NAS is engaged in distribution of DHCP/DNS/gateway? a little unusual, but you almost certainly have configuration errors here.
