There are 2 computers. The first with Windows 7, the second with Windows XP.
There is a printer next to a Windows 7 PC. In the other corner of the cabinet is a PC with Windows XP.
It is necessary to configure so that from a computer on xp you can directly contact the printer via LAN.

If the printer is not a network one, then it will not be possible to do without the participation of any PC to which this printer is connected.
And if network, connect to LAN, and install it on XP
