For a week now I have been observing interesting garbage - I can’t vote in karma either as a plus or a minus for absolutely any habrauser. For topics I can, for a comment I can, but in karma - no way.
Habr solemnly spits out "Not enough karma to vote."
Chip and Dale screwed something up again, or is it just me that's bullshit?
