I can not connect to a specific ftp server, what could be the problem?
There is a test server on which I work every day. I connect with total commander via ftp. Today there was a problem, I can not connect to the server, neither through ftp, nor through ssh. In the total writes - it was not possible to connect. Browser - Unable to access site. The problem is not in the computer and not in access, since My colleague enters the server without problems, with my data. Also, I can't log in at home via wifi from my smartphone. But at a party, from someone else's wifi - I go in without problems.
No antivirus, firewall disabled. In the settings of the router - the firewall is disabled. The problem is somewhere in the router, even if it does not come from a smartphone through a browser.
At the same time, I can easily access other servers via ftp access. The problem arose with a specific server.
Please tell me where to find the answer! I have to go to work on Monday, but I can't connect to the server! A useless worker is obtained.

Exactly the same situation.
I can’t connect to FTP from my home Wi-Fi, and when I distribute it from my phone, it’s calm.
In addition, now the site itself does not load via home Wi-Fi. Apparently, the server on which the site is located has blocked the IP of my home Wi-Fi.
Perhaps I'm wrong.
There is a solution?
