ps from personal experience - when Windows is needed and hosted, it's more profitable to drive Linux at a party. the optimal solution is virtualbox, again usb forwarding, snapshots, and everything is legal / free (unlike vmvari pro)

I have win10home, tried to install wsl ubuntu 20.04. It gave an error (0x80370102). I did as it says. Hyper-V appeared in the components and ubunta was installed without problems.
