Hyper-V not supported?

I bought a new laptop Acer Nitro 5 ( i5-8300H, 8gb DDR4 ... )
And it seems that hyper-v is not supported or what?
In general, installed hyper-v through "Programs and Features".
In Biose, everything is Enabled
. To check, I opened msinfo32 and at the very bottom it says "A low-level shell has been detected. Functions required for hyper-v will not be displayed"
What does it mean? help

IF Hyper-V is enabled in the BIOS, and IF the component is installed in windows... Then
I found a solution to the problem. As I understand it, for safety, Windows, as it were, starts itself in a virtual machine, so it gives out such a message. This feature is called Credential Guard.
In order to disable this feature, you need: Programs and Features -> Turn Windows features on or off -> Hyper-V -> Hyper-V Platform -> Hyper-V hypervisor (uncheck)

The most important thing is not, the version of the operating system.
If we are talking about Windows 10:
Check the following requirements for
64-bit processor with Second Level Address Translation (SLAT) support.
Support for virtual machine monitoring mode extension (VT-c technology on computers with Intel processors).
At least 4GB of RAM.
