Best Hypervisor for Windows?

Good afternoon.
There is a working network, all on Windows (2k8r2, 2k12, Win10, Win 7 (maybe it will be 8.1)).
The servers are deployed in Hyper-V.
But there is a desire to switch to physical servers on Ubuntu Server. Ubuntu flaunts that they have full compatibility (with virtualization) with WIndows.
Question: is the game worth the candle? Is it worth it to translate physical. servers on Ubuntu, in which the entire network infrastructure (domain and so on) will be raised on Windows virtual machines? (by the number of licenses for WIndows, the question is not worth it). Is there a significant benefit from switching to Ubuntu, or is there more goodies from Hyper-V for virtual machines on Windows?

Not worth it. Better Hyper-V cluster and inside the whole infrastructure.

it was a case of unfolding on XEN, for me it's so good. And you don't have to pay for anything.

Look towards VMWare ESXi
As for the possibility to make a cluster on the free version, I don't know, they say that recently it's possible.

If there is a licensing issue, that is, the Windows Hyper-V Server edition (including 2012r2) comes without a GUI. Which, in itself, does not require a license, i.e. free. And put whatever you want on the virtual machines themselves and license them.
