Hyper-v - how to enable after turning off the launch of the hypervisor in bcdedit?

I had to temporarily disable hyper-v to run haxm, now I can't start a virtual machine in hyper-v.
.\bcdedit.exe /set hypervisorlaunchtype autoFulfilled. Everything is clear. When I try to start the virtual machine, I get the message "Failed to start the virtual machine because the hypervisor is not running".
I didn't change anything in the BIOS, I checked and virtualization is enabled.
