It all depends on what you mean by "processing". If you just need to read what people say, then it is probably enough to send the form data to email. If you need some deeper analysis, then it is better to save it in the database. However, it probably never hurts. Plus, the form is very strangely laid out. In the header, the link element without href (or will it be affixed by javascriptiom later?), display: block is specified for divs in inline styles, although, it seems, this is the default value ... In general, there are questions)

Processing with php after submitting the form. If you want to store this data, then use a DB. As a MySQL variant.
