HTC Desire, the program wants to lock the screen, what should I do?

When I was browsing the sites of top Android games, I downloaded a file called "...", I launched it and a window pops up that supposedly it will do what the application was created for. In fact, it will block the phone. The cancel button does not click if I click on the "OK" button it will block, how to remove it (there is no program in the list)?

You can try to freeze or delete the application through Titanium or look for it in the phone's file system and delete
