On my site, after registration, each user is given an alias
; each user has its own link, something like this: https://example.com/url/kajdjalwh.png
I need to make it so that each user does not need to create a separate file, but simply following your link, specifying your alias, the function I needed was executed
like this: https://example.com/url/url.php?alias=123&function=test
it needs to be like this: https://example.com/url/123 .php?function=test

Any modern framework normally implements this, read on mvc, routing, mod_rewrite. If you describe everything that you want in the question, it will just come out of the dock on these concepts.
