HP 630+ terrible lag with audio stuttering when opening a tab/going to another page/randomly

I'm having a black week. It's a problem with encodings in IE, the API does not work, partners from Washington fail. Now there is trouble with the beech.

In general, for a couple of days he has stuttered sound. It's not about the sound, but the usual lags are harder to notice, but here it's obvious.
Something like 'tab is loading zzzzzz tab opened' (music plays via flash planin). Sound artifacts are clearly associated with the general brake of the system for a short moment (a second or two).
I cleaned the cooler a couple of weeks ago (I have a shedding cat and there is at least a lot of wool here), so it’s unlikely due to overheating.

Can anyone advise how to diagnose the problem? And then I don’t want to take it to the service for a month. I still earn bread for them.

PS: Exact configuration: www.notebook812.ru/HP-630-A1D73EA.htm . Bought in December.
PPS:

Probably not very good.

In my situation, of course, this is not about a laptop, but still:
A few months ago I decided to add a couple of memory bars. The default frequencies got crooked, I observed the same symptoms: sound lags even when scrolling through the page in the browser, bugs under load.
The diagnosis in my case is the curved operation of RAM at given frequencies at a given voltage.
