Why is AMD Bulldozer's FSB clock speed higher than stated in HT v3.1?

Why is the system bus clock speed of FX-8150 BE, FX-8120 BE... - 5200 MHz higher than the maximum allowable (3200 MHz) for HyperTransport v3.1?
And what then is the bandwidth of the bus at this frequency?

@zxc80

Because 5200 is Chinese watts (sorry if it's unclear) ;-)
5200 MT/s (Megatransfers per second) is, if I'm not mistaken, 2600 MHz.
Those specs for processors on the AMD website are monstrous, or maybe intel is closer to me.
