How would you optimize the printing of standard (internal) company letterheads?

There are about 25 different types of organizational letterheads. As it were, for inept users, to implement a convenient menu in which one could select the type of form, the number of pages and print it immediately on the printer, even without opening Word / Excel / acrobats. It would be better to use something ready-made and free, it’s lazy / no time to code something at all =)
