How would you name the block in BEM?

Good afternoon! Please help me figure out how the BEM block should be named?
There are blocks in which there is a small header, in the header there is a heading on the left, on the right - an icon on which a dropdown opens in which you can edit and delete.
Is it possible to name the block on the right - card__header__edit__delete?
Exactly what would you call it?

No.
If I understood everything correctly, then you can name it .card-header-dropdown, and it already contains .card-header-dropdown__edit and .card-header-dropdown__delete
