You can find the nearest similar sharashka, find out its OGRN, order an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities in the tax office (or online), maybe even get a copy of the constituent documents. Then remake it for yourself. I don’t know from memory what activity codes are there.
Licenses are needed only for certain types of activities (construction, medicine)

In general, a question for a lawyer, if you have a large office, hire a contract and he will do everything for you.
* and you (who will be the "expert") must have the appropriate education and work experience, otherwise the examination court will not consider evidence

Nothing special, just a regular company. Choose the OKVED code that suits you and go ahead. For example , 72.60
It is not required to obtain licenses for the company, since this type of activity has been excluded from the list of licensed activities in the FSTEC.

1. A non-governmental forensic organization is a non-profit organization. Resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court "On forensic examination in criminal cases":
2. In general, forensic activities are not subject to licensing (a license may be required when conducting certain types of examinations, for example, for forensic examination of narcotic drugs; computer and computer-technical examinations are not licensed; in addition, appraisal activities are subject to special regulation, t i.e. expert determination of the value of objects of civil rights).
3. Employees of a forensic organization involved as experts must have special knowledge, for confirmation of which convincing documents are required (higher education diploma, etc.).
4. You can be involved not only in the production of forensic examinations, but also in participation in investigative actions (searches, seizures, inspections) and operational-search activities as specialists, as well as in conducting research based on requests (the latter, in fact, is form of appointment and conduct of research outside the criminal procedure framework). There are no special requirements for such methods of assistance, only special knowledge is needed.
5. There is a draft law according to which it is planned to oblige non-state forensic organizations to have at least one expert with a certificate of competence issued by the relevant state body. However, at present, competence certification has for non-state expertspurely voluntary (and does not give special benefits).
6. If all of the above is not obvious, then there is no need to start activities in this area - there are too many legal subtleties behind each of the points above.
