How will the copied information affect the promotion of the catalog site?

There is a site-catalog of city companies in the automotive sector, each company is sorted into sections: sound, light, diagnostics, etc.
For each company there is a separate page with copied information + price from the site of this company.
Will search engines ban my site for exactly the same text and how difficult is it to promote such a resource?
There are more than 200 companies
. Also, on each card of the company there is a link to their website
+ various articles on automotive topics on the website

As for banning, this is perhaps too harshly said, but you should not expect high positions in the search results. It is not difficult to promote such a resource, but if you want everything to be fair, then each company will have to make a unique description, or at least a good rewrite. If you have a mega-useful and convenient resource, then theoretically you can rank higher than the conditional original, but there are a lot of all sorts of buts.

They can easily get banned if most of the information is copied.
And if they don’t get banned, it will still be difficult to promote.
I would advise you to at least rewrite the text.
