I noticed for a long time that in the backlinks to the site (to be honest, there are already several sites) I find similar source pages www.topdoma.in/domain-list-381 All of them are somehow connected with www.submit.pw

Okay, one domain, and there are hundreds of them and most of them in the *.in zone.
What kind of network is this and what is it for? Is it not a black SEO by chance and how to deal with it in this case?

There is a way to "divorce suckers for money." I recently got spammed by email. Like give me 50 euros, we will run your site through 50 supposedly rating directories / directories of the best sites.
For greater importance, they include Google, Yandex, Bing, etc. But everything else is rubbish. So for the "black SEO" these directories are 100;% suitable.
So for sure: this is black hat SEO. To fight - only Rejection of links. And the faster, the better. My site was driven out by competitors in the spring, about 100 links. Until now, all positions have not been restored.
