How will language versions of sites be indexed if they are located on different subdomains?

It was not possible to take the same domain in .com and .ru. There is an English version of site.com , and a Russian version is located in the ru.site.ru subdomain (other language versions are possible in the future). Sites will completely duplicate each other, so the question arises. Will they interfere with each other? or maybe try to place Russian in the folder .com/ru/?
