How/where to set up CapsLock led for terminal?

How/where to set up (indicator/keyboard LED) CapsLock led for terminal?
in graphical mode it works as it should =
clicked Caps > the REGISTER switched and the LED on the keyboard lit up,
and in the terminal, the output switches, but the LED does not light up (because of this, constant parking with entering passwords).
Setleds + caps command turns on the LED. and the mode switches from a> A ,
BUT by clicking Caps, the initial state A> a will return, and the LED remains on, with the setleds -caps command
, you can turn it off. PS this config for the terminal, or?

/etc/default/keyboard
XKBMODEL="pc105"
XKBLAYOUT="us,ru"
XKBVARIANT=","
XKBOPTIONS="grp:ctrl_shift_toggle,grp_led:scroll"
BACKSPACE="guess"
PS The console-cyrilic
package was installed , they say it is not needed / relevant, I deleted it with the configs = nothing has changed And, as always, there are two eternal questions: What to do?, Who is to blame? maybe something, somewhere else to configure?
