How to return such permissions to files and folders?

There was a directory with files in which there were such permissions

drwxrwxr-x // директории
-rw-rw-r-- // файлы

Transferred it to an external hdd, which broke the rights.

drwxrwxrwx // директории
-rwxrwxrwx // файлы

How to return the first option? chmodjust like Linux, I'm just learning, I'm afraid to screw up

And then chmod ... until it works.
