How to delete the certificate cache for a domain in ubuntu?

Hello. There is a domain. He had a certificate. Then the certificate was revoked and another one was installed. Now there are always problems. On the server, I solved them by passing the path to the CA file to the clients. But I can't do that on my computer. For example, I did not find how to tell postman where to get a certificate. A simple example with wget gives

ERROR: Unable to verify site.ru certificate issued by "CN=Thawte RSA CA 2018,OU=www.digicert.com,O=DigiCert Inc,C=US":
Cannot authenticate the requester locally.

What does it say about the locality of the certificate file. Tried sudo update-ca-certificates and sudo dpkg-reconfigure ca-certificates to no avail. Where to look for a problem? It opens from a browser without problems.
