How useful is it to indicate sites where impressions are prohibited?

In the report on advertising companies, I looked at the statistics on the sites and found the site reshuege.ru on top and obviously it is for schoolchildren. So on this site (platform) there are quite a lot of impressions, if I understand correctly of course. Those. Yandex direct embeds ads on sites and paid for clicks from these sites, and not just clicks from search results on Yandex, as far as I understand.

So from this site reshuege there are clicks on the advertising of the installation organization. What can this mean - schoolchildren simply click on curious advertisements and absolutely there will be no sense in advertising and clicks from this site, and you can safely ban this and similar sites so as not to pay for clicks for nothing?

It is also clear that the "Yandex pictures" site is leading in terms of clicks and impressions. Those. a person is looking for a picture and sees an advertisement in the image search results and clicks on it, but he needed a picture - maybe he went to the site for the picture, so the likelihood that he would become a client is extremely doubtful and the site of pictures can also be safely cut off?

Of course, it is worth cutting off unnecessary sites. But at the same time, be guided by two principles:
1. There were no useful conversions from the site for a long time (for this, of course, you need to set up conversion tracking for the site).
2. A sufficient amount of data has been accumulated on the site. That is, if it was 1 click in a couple of weeks, then this will not tell you anything. But starting from 10, 50, 100 clicks, the statistics become indicative.
