How to zoom in browser gradually by 1%?

Hello. I am trying to make some sites adaptive not only on mobile, but also on wide screens. Only now the standard features do not suit you - the scale can be set to 90, 80, 75, 67% and so on. I would like the ability to add 1% to make sure that my layout does not break at any resolution.
Is there some plugin or other way to fine-tune zoom in the browser?

хм так берем chrome dev tools, режим responsive и задаем любое разрешение в px. это будет даже точнее, чем ваш 1%. (ведь зум в бОльшую сторону равносилен сужению вьюпорта, в меньшую - увеличению).
Но если прям зачем-то хочется с %, то в vivaldi такая штука есть (ее идею взяли из opera presto, конечно)
