How to write UID in implantable tags?

On the way there are tags on the ntag216 chips (Implanted), but just a day ago I found out that the chip I want to copy (mifare classic) is empty (filled with 0) and the turnstile reads its uid. Is it possible to flash the uid of the original tag, in ntag216, if so, what. If not, in which of the implantable ones is it possible?
