How to write iso windows to flash drive from linux?

The images that I download from the rutracker are put with a bang by the Rufus utility. I currently only have Linux.
Using dd or ddrescue I copy the image to / dev / sdc, but there is no result.

PS: I'm on Debian 10. No OS anymore.

How is Rufus different from dd and ddrescue?

There is such a cross-platform utility - unetbootin . With its help, any bootable iso image easily turns into a Live USB flash drive.

As far as I understand, it is enough to copy the files to the fat32 primary partition on the flash drive, and the ability to boot from UEFI.
