How to write guarantees in the contract when working with a foreign customer?
Good afternoon.
Tell me please.
I'm trying to draw up the first direct contract with a foreign customer (web development, postpaid).
I have read many articles on this subject. But nowhere is it covered how to prescribe in the contract a guarantee of payment to the contractor (IP, simplified tax system in Russia, if it matters).
Those. I am confused by the possibility of such a situation:
I will issue an invoice, and the customer will not pay on time (and/or will not pay at all). I can only get money through the court, but if I register a court in the customer’s country in a contact, then it means I won’t get it at all (since suing in a foreign country can be expensive).
I myself think as options:
1. You can prescribe jurisdiction for disputes in the Russian Federation, but the customer is unlikely to agree to this;
2. make the contact prepaid, but 100% prepayment may not work either.
Thank you.

Another option:
3. In the section on the transfer of copyright, state that the rights are transferred only after payment.
yes, in fact, apart from the court in his country, you don’t have any options if directly, for this the exchange usually takes its 10%,
well, if he wins the court, he will be obliged to pay the costs
