Help, please, understand how to write an interface.

I have a jsp page with a label. You can apply a filter to a table. After that, she must rebuild.

I handle pressing and filter selection using js. But I stand the table with the help of jsp.

So I can't pass a variable from js to my jsp page.

This is the first problem.

On one forum, I was recommended to use Spring and restfull.

But the first problem with this arose:

I added to pom:


org.springframework.boot
spring-boot-starter-web


And intellij cannot find these libraries, although it found others before.

Advise me how to write better, given that I am new to this business and have little time.
