I want to learn node js + a frame for the backend, I assume the requests will happen under the js tool? And if someone changes the request and the wrong data is sent to the database, how to deal with it? Of course, I don’t know everything, but can someone enlighten me how everything is arranged there in this case? namely queries to the database, etc.

If you only care about this, then there are special databases that automatically synchronize their state on the front and back, and you work with the database as if you had one. If only the Internet was stable.
