What items are required, and what should a Privacy Policy look like in general?
Colleagues are working on a website for a financial group, and are now puzzled by the site's privacy policy... :)

Why don't you go to the LAWYERS' forum ?
And for starters, show them the privacy policy of potential competitors from those that are already seriously working on the market.
