How to write a proxy browser?

I was looking for a proxy browser with the ability to quickly add a proxy to the list and quickly switch between proxies, but I did not find it.
Is it possible to write your own mini "Browser", with a batch addition of proxy, to switch between proxies by pressing one button and then work from the proxy, as in a normal browser, following internal links ?
If this is possible, please tell me how?

Take a look at the FoxyProxy plugin, it can switch between proxies with the click of a button, and the settings can be imported from a file.

Proxy SwitchyOmega is also not bad, there is no auto-synchronization of settings, but you can configure everything in the plugin itself and export/import.
