As you know, according to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1236, when purchasing software, you need to choose it from the registry or justify the choice of other options. Now I need to justify the purchase of Windows and Office in the technical school. Does anyone have experience of this kind?
So far, nothing but the demand among employers for specialists with knowledge of Win and Office comes to mind.

I'm not a lawyer, but I think it's worth starting with a list of software and equipment needed (used) in the educational process, which is not supported by the OSes listed in the list of the Ministry of Communications and Communications. (At the same time, again, justifying the impossibility of abandoning "unsupported" software in favor of analogues that work on these OSes)
Actually, if there is none, then there is no point in focusing on Windows and its office.
As for specialists, I think the employer does not care what operating system and office suite the employee does not know how to use (seriously, I have never seen a competently and correctly made Word document; Even with the banal use of styles and auto content).
