How to write a driver in WDK 10 that will run in Windows 7?

Tell me, please, I'm building a driver in MSVS 2017, on Win7 I get a BSOD, but on Win10 it works fine. At the same time, the output of WinDbg is not very informative for me, but I can attach !analyze -v if necessary.
