How to install Synaptics touchpad drivers?

I installed different versions (setup wrote me that everything was successful), but Synaptics does not want to be displayed anywhere, or at least work. The touchpad itself works, but there is no multi-touch support, and the third-party not unknown Two fingers Scroll application is also not installed.
Touchpad Sentelic Finger Sensing Pad (built-in), connected via PS / 2, OS - Windows 10 x64.
Yes, I reloaded. Yes, I installed drivers from Sentelic too. Yes, from official sites.
