How to write a cross-platform mobile application?

Hello. Please advise tools for cross-platform development of a mobile application. The application is simple.
We have a browser version of the project. And through api we want to exchange data from a mobile device. It must read and write data to the database.
Our team is small, so we want to write crossplotformally.
Requirement:
Native ui,
Must be able to log in,
Listen to a server that updates like an rss feed that changes in a few seconds,
With the possibility of adding monetizations in the future.

React Native is not bad at all, although it’s damp, but if you really have such a small application as you described, then I would outsource it, without mobile developers, or at least without react, spend time studying without guarantees of a stable result
