The priority is software with GUI.
As an example, I will give the case with Skype. In the Skype for Mac OS settings, when you try to configure work through a proxy, it switches to general, system proxy settings with which the entire system will work at once. Well, Skype also likes to leak past the configured system proxy, but I would like to isolate it completely.
One of the options is Proxifier, I would like more options if they exist.
