How to wrap all traffic of certain users from Mikrotik to an external proxy?

Good day. The network has a proxy setting and it works. People go to the Internet through the tick. So tell me good people how to wrap certain Ip from a tick in the same proxy. I tried a couple of manuals from the Internet under DST-NAT and marking ... It didn’t help the rules are ignored for some reason (the packet counter does not move)

Nikita Reshetnyak For simplicity, use adress list so as not to write a bunch of rules in the firewall.
There, specify the necessary ip that you need to wrap
. I can see the banlist here, but it does not change the essence of this. I block bots from the Internet with one rule. Next, you need to redirect all requests to port 80 to the address and port of the
proxy server . as everybody. PS rule, must be above the masquerade
