How to configure (port forwarding) Mikrotik to another subnet for the DVR?

Good day. There is a Mikrotik, two providers come to it, one with a gray one, the other with a white ip, both give 500 mbps. A simple balancer is set up between them by marking (since both give the same speed, there is mixed).
Let's say ISP2 gave us 1.1.1.1.

There is a task to forward ports for regiks through this ip.

The cat distributes the subnet 172.20.0.0/16.
On one of the ports 172.22.0.1/16 is registered, and dhcp is also entered there, for the security subnet, in this subnet there are only stupid switches.
I was able to set up forwarding for our regions that are in 20 subnets.
It is impossible to configure for regions that are in 22 subnets.
If I had configured routes incorrectly, then machines from 22 could not go online.
Forwarding did according to the logic as for the 20th subnet, since the cat sees all the machines in the 22nd subnet.
Maybe I did something wrong, but according to my logic, it should work, since there is a route on the cat, and it calmly pings the regions at 22, and they ping 172.22.0.1.

Along the way, your balancer sends traffic to the regions through another interface.
It turns out that you are knocking from one provider and the balancer spits out reciprocal packets of regs through another provider.
See how the balancer works.
In general, port forwarding on the Internet is evil. Sooner or later, some pioneers get sick of picking your regs
