It is necessary to change the elementary font, indents, font-size, etc., but when the customer uploads the project files, I see a bunch of php files in them and nothing but them. How do you still find your favorite index.html, style.css, etc.?

Everything you need is most likely somewhere inside the files sent to you. Use content search with keywords like div or style. If not, then either the customer didn’t send you everything, or they didn’t send you what you need.
